Next Step...

"Things started to shift when I made the commitment to find direction in my moment-to-moment experience. the big picture was way too nebulous, but I realized that in each moment there was a kernel of truth, a clarity, a "yes" that showed me my next step."

When the big picture seems to overwhelming, I can scale it back and just look at what's in my present moment. Then comes small moments of clarity to show me my next step. It's still scary, but it's like  the time I was trying to cross a bridge that was ( what felt like to me) a little unstable and rickety, a friend walked behind me and encouraged me and was there for me to accomplish what felt like it was "un-doable." But taking one small step at a time, I crossed that bridge!

New Life...

"Living your dreams doesn’t come from one big shift or prize in the cereal box. It’s consistent dedication to small, fervent, meaningful acts that add up to create a whole new life."
Words by: Tama J. Kieves

This is one of the reasons I've started showing up for myself and writing on my blog everyday. It's a way of honoring myself and moving towards - consistent dedication to small, fervent, meaningful acts. I feel that it is starting to shift over to other area's of my life that I'm working on, at a slow steady pace. All with the intention of creating a whole new life.

A place of YES...

I saw an interview the other day with a lady who wrote a book titled "A Place of Yes" and I thought - that's where I want to be. I want to wake everyday in a place of yes. Yes to all of life abundance. When the universe comes asking... are you ready? I want to be... in a place of YES. No hesitation, no pause, just instantly answer YES, yes I accept. Yes I am willing to have it, yes let it flow through me, let me offer no resistance. YES means there's a shift, a shift that I must be present to be aware of it or it will past me by.

YES I am ready!

An Attitude of Gratitude

"They" say.... A miracle is only a shift in perspective. Today I am choosing to shift my thoughts to gratitude.

I am grateful for:

Myself- learning to love myself and celebrating being me
My children- may their gifts add light and love to the world
My home- a safe and loving place to be
My friends and family- their acceptance and joy is the food that sustains me
Our cats- it's a love that keeps on giving
Sunshine, good food, a car, random kindness, peace, a good nights sleep, and HOPE!

EXPECTING MIRACLES.........
