Decision...

"My decision-making skills closely resemble that of a squirrel when crossing the street."

I had to laugh when I read this because this is how I feel so often especially lately when trying to decide what baby blanket to make for my granddaughter. But I have this trouble with trying to decide on presents for people too, even if it's something I'm making. I've always frustrated myself with this issue. But at least I can laugh at myself and that's progress.

Down Time....

It is so nice to have some down time, meaning no walking unless I want to, no "have to's" or getting up early to get out the door, but just to sit for hours, laugh, share meals with friends, and watch my children and their friends enjoy each others company. I'm soaking up each present moment...

Finally...

Yesterday I finally got a chance to connect with friends I use to see weekly. It had been at least a month or two but it seemed like forever. It was nice to laugh and just sit in each others company. The evening was beautiful just like the time spent together with friends!

Laugh...

"At what age is it appropriate to tell my dog he is adopted?

Sometimes I take myself to serious and need a laugh. I thought this joke was pretty funny! I have to remind myself to lighten up, even in the midst of my life.

Busy...

Made me laugh : )

"Be happy for this moment, for this moment is your life."

I have a very busy day today, so I will work on being happy in all my present moments today because these moments are my life!

Laugh...

" Laugh until your belly hurts and then just a little more!"

I LOVE to laugh and I love to laugh until it hurts sometimes. It just feels so good. But there are times I forget to put more laughter in my day - in my life! So this is just to remind myself to lighten up, find something that will make me laugh until my belly hurts!
"They" say, "Laughter is the best medicine."

Friends...

"A friend is someone who understands you past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are."

The past couple of days I've been in the company of friends ~ true friends! They support and accept me, and leave me feeling fully loved! It is a real treasure to have people in your life that you can laugh with, share your heart aches and just enjoy being there for each other in the present moment.
